A PLACE FOR IDEAS

A place for ideas, art, and whatever else I feel like making. If you’re here, you probably have some interest in what I do—so here’s a glimpse:

I was born in Minnesota, but Chicago is where I’m building things. I’ve got a lot of creative pursuits—animation, design, storytelling, music—but at the core of everything is a need to make something that lasts. Something that sticks in people’s minds.

HOW I THINK ABOUT ART

I don’t just want to create—I want to challenge. I don’t want to play inside the lines—I want to redraw them. The best work comes from pushing limits, taking risks, and following curiosity wherever it leads. That applies to animation, storytelling, music, and whatever else I throw myself into.

I believe in aesthetics, in emotional impact, in the kind of storytelling that feels like something. I love details that make a world immersive, textures that make a drawing breathe, and sound that makes a moment hit harder. Whether it’s animation, music, or some other medium I haven’t mastered yet, my goal is always the same: make it feel real.

CURRENT EXPIRIMENTS

I have a lot of ideas, and I’m figuring out how to bring them all to life. Right now, I’m deep into animation, building a series, learning 3D, and experimenting with new ways to merge textures and movement. At the same time, I’m interested in interactive storytellingand music. Each project teaches me something new, and every skill I pick up is just another tool for whatever comes next.

WHERE I’M HEADED

I want to create something people remember. Something that hits hard, whether it’s an animated series, a painting that hangs in a museum, or a song that lingers in someone’s head. I don’t believe in limiting myself to one path—if an idea is worth chasing, I’ll chase it.

LET’S CHAT

I love talking with other artists, animators, and creators, but I won’t always have time to answer deep-dive questions about process or industry advice. If you just want to say hi, share something cool, or talk ideas, I’m always down.

Thanks for stopping by. Keep making things.
